If you love Instagram, TikTok and creating content, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a social media superstar to join our team. You will be working across our brands, Shire Scout and Scout Socials, in a fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. Think you have what it takes? Here’s what we’re looking for:

What are we looking for?

  • Skilled in content editing using apps such as CapCut, Edits and/or InShot (minimum 1 year of experience)

  • Strong Canva skills (minimum 1 year of experience)

  • Thorough knowledge (and love) of Instagram and TikTok

  • Awareness of social media trends, editing styles, and algorithm changes

  • Ability to develop unique, strategic content ideas for brands

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to maintain brand voice and tone across various clients

  • Comfortable in front of the camera

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

  • Confidence to independently attend client shoots and capture content

  • Capability to monitor and analyse the performance of client content and campaigns, adjusting strategies accordingly

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content across Shire Scout and Scout Socials platforms

  • Manage social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — covering scheduling, content posting, story sharing, and performance reporting

  • Write copy for multiple mediums, including websites and social media

  • Contribute to brand strategy development and conduct market research to support content planning

  • Design and develop graphics to complement brand messaging

  • Manage client relationships, including onboarding and ongoing support

  • Identify and foster potential business relationships and collaboration opportunities

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and writing style conventions
